Returns

I am confident in my products and want to show this by paying for your return shipping out of my own pocket if you're not satisfied. 

Conditions:

1. Product must still be in NEW condition. For example, products that are damaged due to installation error will not be refunded (for this particular case just reach out and I'll help you out).
2. Return must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
3. Must provide a comment on why you're returning (so we can learn how to make the product better)

Submit a return request:

1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or go to the returns page
2. Log in to your account
3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for
4. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you wish to return
5. Select a return reason and add a note so that we can improve our products
6. Click request return
7. If your return request is approved and requires shipping you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label
8. Log in to your account
